I'm looking for a mentor. I want to find someone to talk to more about my business - someone experienced in either publishing, or online provision, or events. I'm doing all three of these things now and want some input on the way forward and how I can maximise the opportunities available to me. Also, as to how best structure and develop the company to be attractive to a potential buyer in the future.
Would be good to hear from you if you had a little time and you were interested in development.
BTW, I'm working on the basis that what goes around comes around - I've spent more time than I like to remember coaching staff in my previous corporate life...
