Hello, new member here
just given up my full time job to look after my 4yr old. Looking to start a new job in the new year at 12hrs per week and along with this want to go slef employed selling hand crafted baby clothing which is a trade i picked up from my mom. built up my stock to a few now and looking to start off only at craft shows to see what respose i get back thereafter possibly expand from there. Will i need to register as self employed and also does anyone knows of any financial start up funds that i could tap into.

You need to register as Self-employed with HMRC within 3 months of starting to sell. (I think it's 3 months, it was when I started)
