Interview tips for nurses

Just that really. My sister is about to finish her nursing course and has her first interview next week. She's very nervous. Does anyone have any tips?

Where has she applied and what will be her speciality. (A bit more info please)

She didn't say - Lincoln or Sheffield (probably Sheffield) I think, and she's a children's nurse.

Ooh childrens nurse, cant help with that im sorry.
Good luck to her though, our Paed unit are desperate for staff and would snap up a good nurse in an instant.
Dont think that she will have any trouble.
