Anyone else gone back to work recently?

Has anyone else recently gone back to work and finding everything a real slog? After "proper" work ends, it seems like an endless tidal wave of domestic chores, I long for a day with nothing "to do"! Whinge over!

Went back 3 days a week in September. It is a slog.

Specially as I work 8-3 with no lunchbreak then go straight into babycare mode.

Glad i'm not alone, I feel your pain Ghouls!

I went back 3 days a week in September.
I no longer do any housework. I do what I can when DS is asleep on Monndays and Tuesday. I have lowered my standards, but I'm happy.
And I do a lot of shopping online.

I have vowed to be more organised re: xmas next year, watching Delia last night made me feel panicky as to exactly what I haven't done so far!

i went back to wk afte a year off on mat leave 5 weeks ago and since then my stres levels have been throught the roof and quality of life non exisitent - work lifecrap and home life too.not fair on kids or me.any ideas?
