Torn between 2 jobs...thoughts pls

Currently work 22.5hrs pw over 3 days, office hours.
Been offered new job, 35hours pw, over 3 days, 12hour shifts. Also option to do 24 hours over 2 days.
New job also has 3 weeks extra hols and better mat leave. Also be back on full-time pay.

But means I will miss pick up from school and bedtime 3 days pw for DD and will be potentially leaving very small baby if preg plans go well.

What to do???

BTW - this is first post so not quite up to speed on acronyms!

Personally I would go for the new job.

If it has more holiday that will make up for the 3 missed bedimes. You will still get 4 bedtimes per week plus more maternity pay = less stress and more time at home. Plus you could always try to renegotiate hours when you go back after second baby!

Also need to think of the cash with new job, esp if going to have baby no2!
