If you were to look for a new job (you being a qualified medical person), where's the best place to look?

NHS jobs

For nursing - the RCN magazine, Nursing Times, Nursing Standard etc. Also local papers often advertise for nurses locally by trust.

Not sure about doctors, paramedics etc.
