I know this has been asked several times before but I hadn't really taken any notice as self-employed. However dh is employed & I am not sure what the current rules are regarding minimum holiday entitlement are.
At present he gets 20 days plus bank holidays, does this still stand or does he get more now. He has only been on permanent contract with this company for nearly a year having previously worked for the same company for 33 years until they shut their UK manufacturing division. I certainly don't expect him to get above the minimum but just want to make sure what that is.
