I have just rang a local nursery that were advertising for a trainee.

All was fine until she asked my age (I am 31). She said they only fund training up to age 25.

Why FGS, so because I am 31 I am written off ?

no your not writen off ask them if fund adult apprentices 25+ or if they/ you can approach yr local FE college and ask about "train to gain". try looking on the net for adult appentices and train to gain.
