Gallup test - what is and how to pass it?

DH's boss would like him to do a Gallup test to determine if he is suitable for promotion.

After speaking to a colleague who recently failed the test (15/30 answers right) he would like to prepare well for this test.

Does anyone know if there is a copy if the test available online or have experience with this test?

I think it's a personality test to determine aptitude/suitability/compatability for the role, surely cramming for the test would not be in your dh's best interests as he could end up with a job he is unsuited to and loathes.

They use it to determine if he is suitable for a managerial post, so it is not tailored to a specific job as far as I know.

If he wants to advance in his career then it is in his interest to get a reasonable score.
