I am very interested in working in the tourism trade on the Fylde Coast (pref Blackpool), but only in the small B&B's, guest houses and hotels. I know most B&B owners cannot afford extra help because they are so small, so I was thinking of emailing each of the B&B's asking if they require extra help, and telling them that for a room and food, I would be very welcome to the idea of pocket money of say, 50 per week (just like the aupair scheme). Do u think it's worth trying or am I just wsting my time?
