Does 44 weeks include or exclude paid holiday (ie termtime plus holiday perhaps)? Assuming it is inclusive I reckon around £4600 gross (no tax to pay unless you ahvce other income to take you over the personal allowance)ie 13500x0.4x44/52

If £13,500 is the full-time, 52 weeks a year salary how much you'd get for 44 weeks 15 hours a week depends on what full time hours are.

If full time hours are 40 a week, then that salary for 15 hours a week would be 13500 / 40x15 = 5062.50. You'd then work that out for 44 weeks, so 5062.50 / 52 x 44 = 4283.65

If full time hours are 35 a week, then that salary for 15 hours would be 13500 / 35 x 15 = 5785.71. If you then work that out for 44 weeks, 5785.71 / 52 x 44 = 4895.60.

My assumption was based on it being a 0.4 role ie full time being 37.5 hrs pw, in case you are wondering why the discrepancy !
