I am about to go back to work and have 2 DCs, DD, 2.8yrs and DS, 10 mths. Have been very lucky to find this fabulous nanny to cover my 4 working days. I'm just wondering how best to explain all this to DD. She understands that Daddy goes to work but I've been on maternity leave for nearly a year now and she's been at home with me all that time and so I doubt can remember when I used to go to work (she was at a nursery then). Would love to hear other peoples experiences.
