my friend did this after 8 years out. she really enjoyed it and got a years contract on part time hours straight away. this has been made a permanent contract and she's not looked back.

anyone else got any experience of the course?

I did it some years ago and found it very helpful and friendly and it boosted my confidence. Apart from anything else it gives useful tips on getting a job.
