Staff are taking the piss

One staff member is on a written warning, is pregnant, rings in sick which is suspicious tbh and while the person in charge knows it is hard to get rid of someone who is expecting it must be possible when they are not doing their job?

One manager just doesn't turn up or turns up late - no call in advance, now in for a disciplinary.

not really sure what you're asking placemat, if you were after advice or if you were just wanting to rant about unreliable colleagues? Sympathies if that's the case, they sound horrendous.
