Business Finance advice for a novice please......

I'm a CM working with an assistant, have been looking at the viability of opening a nursery and have found an established one for sale which looks like a sound proposition on paper. Problem is I need some money to finance purchase anyone got any suggestions?

Have you asked your bank? or friends and family?

Thanks for your answer, bank say they will go 50 / 50 but need the 50%, they are happy with the figures and agree that it's a good proposition and have offered a goodish rate for their finance, but really stumped as to how to raise the other half.

Any ideas anyone don't mind how mental they might be
