Any Doulas out there? Childcare advice please!

I am going to be doing a birth/post-natal doula course in September. I have 3 small children and am just trying to figure out how I am going to manage my childcare once I start working (Hopeful). What do you do?

I'm a maternity nurse and luckily only work when dh is home on leave for 3/4 months. I also use my mil for childcare. Have you got any family who would help you out?

How old are your children?

I thought I could do some day work when ds goes to school as they have good before and after school care.

My DDs are 7,4 and 4 months. I don't have any family nearby. My 7 year old is at school, 4 year ol starts in September and baby will be at nursery very part time.

I am planning to take baby with me to post-natal work (if ok with clients - my doula did this and was fine) and do school hours, evenings/weekends DH is available more often than not!

I am trying to figure out birth childcare TBH.

Anyone else?
