Question about MatB1 form?

I have to give this into my employer next week, along with my request for mat leave etc.
However I also need to apply for the new government maternity thing where I get £200, but surely I will also need MatB1 for this too?
Anyone know how this works?

Your midwife will give you the form for that

No, your HIP Grant is applied for on a different form which is completed by the midwife, not the MATB1.

You can't apply for the HIP grant until 25 weeks and your midwife needs to fill in the form.
