Is anyone here a TA/LSA in a secondary school?
I've seen a job I'm considering applying for but have no experience with this age range. I have worked as a TA/LSA before in KS1&2 and I'm wondering how this would compare. Would it be very different? As far as I know the job in't for a specific child and would mean working across all the year groups. It involves working with children who are hearing impaired and children on the autistic speectrum.
