Where are you? If you can commute to London then the big law firms need 24 hr support.

Have you considered anything like Phoenix Trading - selling greeting cards? You can fit in the hours whenever you want: day, evening, weekend etc. There's more info here. If you're interested, there are lots of other companies like Usborne Books, Avon etc which are similar.
