Any freelance journalists/ex journos/pr in Manchester

I'm a freelance PR person down in South West. I am producing a story for one of my clients for a well read trade journal but it requires a trip to Manchester (and an overnight stay as so far for me )to spend a day interviewing at a location (maybe two) and accompanying a photographer to get some shots.

I have been pondering whether to hire a freelancer to do this Manchester based piece of work and then feedback to me so I can write a piece of 1500-3000 words. Is anyone interested or has a suitable background?

It would be in July I believe but I don't have exact dates (should do by next week).
