Ive recently been given a job promotion and i admit ive struggled with it, ive had problems but ive managed to struggle through. That is until these past few weeks theres someone in my team who just seems to be making my job so much more difficult anyone would think its her in charge.

She makes me feel so small and it really knocks my confidence.

I dont know what to do she makes me feel so useless

Pull your shoulders up and tell yourself you can do it! You wouldn't have gotten the promotion if your boss didn't think you could do it.

Someone in your team as in she reports to you? Or a colleague on your level?

I would suggest you ask to meet with her and speak to her about whatever she's doing.

Perhaps she wanted the job herself?

Also it's very common for some staff to "test" a new manager and push the boundaries initially. All you can do is stand your ground and wait for it to pass.
