Fast Track Careers - anyone want to tell me about their experiences?

Hiya!

I'm doing some work on Fast Track Careers and wondered if anyone would be willing to tell me what their companies do if you've ben highlighted as 'a chosen one'?

The company i work for has worked out that it doesn't have any scheme, for those they believe have High Potential, to give them the skills they need to become MDs and Execs so have asked for something to be designed.

Can anyone help me with their experience or knowledge?

Thank you! One of my colleagues has info on the Civil Servant fast stream program but we didn't actually know anyone who had experience of it so if you wouldn't mind taking about it i'd be most grateful.

AWinHW, I design leadership devlopment programmes for my job so very happy to advise (and very happy to be contracted to carry out the work!) for free. you can check some kinds of things here

which gives an idea about the levels possible. everyone does them differently though but this is a good place to start. civil service fast track is great but is essentially for high calibre graduates who can hit the ground running in middle managment roles. what you are looking for might be a talent management strategy, which i can explain too if you want?
