i have been cautioned and i 1 year a go and i have since change my name into a diffrent name and i want to be a teacher assistant will it show the caution on my crb check please help me anyone

You have to state any different names you have been known by on the form, so yes.

It is at the polices discretion, what was the caution for? The CRB is intended at a child protection safeguard, so if the school is happy to employ you the caution won't necersseraly stop you.
