What would you wear for a secretarial interview?

It's for my sister, she is 23 almost 24 and has a job interview for a relatively large firm but has no idea what the suitable attire is?

She has bought a pair of smart grey trousers and a black cardigan - is this OK or will she look a bit too dull?

Can she wear flats, smart ones, or will she look immature? She has a body issue, she is size 16 and thinks her weight will go against her.
