can anyone help me with a contract for freelance fundraising?

I did some work a while ago as a fundraiser for an organisation as a salaried employee

they have approached me to do more but this time on a 10% commission, which I'm happy with as I know it's quite standard, with the money being paid after the organisation receives it

the only problem is that they want me to draw up my own contract and I don't have the first idea where to go for advice

any ideas?
