What strategic issues face housing and regeneration organisations

and

what are legal requirements of corporate bodies and ALMO governanace requirements

Would it be stuff like

Government policy (development/planning/financial/Housing benefit)
Local planning policy
Financial (credit crunch/interest rates)

Not sue about legal reqs sorry

im googling but its a minefield!
