flexible working meeting bit worried

Got to go to flexible working meeting tomorrow.
Applying to go PT, not sure how to play it, should try to be really professional and persuasive?
Wear smart or what I would normally wear for job (smart casual)?
Not sure that would work, head feels all woolly.....

Wear normal work clothes, it's not an intervew. Be very prepared with facts and examples to demonstrate how your proposal will benefit your employer and have no negative impact on colleagues.

I was told before mine to stress all the positives. For example I said I would work every Saturday and balance the shop till every week as these were the jobs no one wanted to do.
