6 weeks later (although 1 week cm was on hol) and ds didn't cry at drop off this morning.
seems like ages, but so happy.

Thats great news likessleep, you must feel very happy.
I don't want to burst your bubble but he still may cry the odd time but it won't feel as awful for you if its only occasionally.
Well done both of you

That must be lovely! How old is he? Mine is still doing this but has only been a week...

likessleep · 16/04/2009 14:07

thank you for posting.
yeah i guess he may still cry if tired or feeling unsettled or not himself on particular days. just glad that he has had one day without crying! on tuesday he looked like he was about to cry, but didn't. totally, apparently absolutely fine.
dh always drops him off as it upsets me too much to leave him upset!
he is 17mths old, with his cm 2 days a week (which i think will draw out settling in process, but not sure if this is right?).
ellie - am sure your lo will settle soon too. but it may not be overnight i guess.

ellie - my last comment wasn't as flippant as it reads, sorry if that came across as that! but it will happen, your lo will settle sooner or later
