I am applying for a place on the health visiting degree course and i need to " provide evidence of innovation and practice develpoment"
I work as a practice nurse and can think of examples of where we have changed our practice to assist in the uptake of services to patients for example but hoiw do I evidence it?
Is it a case of getting the numbers, as records are not kept apart from on the pts medical records its going to be difficult to provide hard evidence as such
Any ideas from anyone? thanks x
