Ofsted renewal charge for nanny ofsted regulated

How can they justify this charge? It is £103 and says it is a 'reduced charge'. Do we have to pay it or can i fight it?

Don't know anything about Ofsted charges, I imagine you'd be better trying this in Childminders, Nannies, Au Pairs topic tbh
