I currently work full time and use a nursery but this not possible come Sept when school starts.
My immediate boss is sympathetic but the company owner is NOT. We are a small firm of 30 people and so that precedence is not set noone works part time, there is no flexi time.
I want to put in a flexible working application for term time working. My boss will suport me but I have put together documentation to fit my corner.
Not my strongest point - paperwork, advantage is I am valuable to the firm but I am not hopeful and I have nothing to loose as I will have to resign anyway.
Anyone done such busines plan who would be willing to help me?
