Hello,
Nursery need to know what days exactly already for my return to work in august. Am applying to work part-time.
Will I be expected to go to work for a meeting about the flexible working?
My youngest isn't weaned yet, has only once had expressed milk from a bottle, and that didnt seem to be enough but luckily I was home just at the end of her bottle. My eldest is at preschool but only part of the week. A meeting would be pretty tricky to make.
Cheers.

You would normally have to have a meeting yes. The only exception would be if your employer was happy to agree your request straightaway without a meeting. Is there any chance of that?

Hmm pretty iffy that they would, thanks for help tho'

if they are fine with your request then no meeting. if they want to say no or find a compromise then they'll want a meeting. if that's totally impractical maybe ask for it over the phone?
