Hello
I am trying to complete an application for a paralegal job with the Insolvency Service and need to demonstrate skills and knowledge of Company Law and Business accounts. Whilst I have experience of these from the LPC and a little bit from work in my last law firm (property mainly though ).
Can anyone tell me what recruiters will be looking for in terms of examining business accounts and aspects of company law in relation to insolvency??
