Work From Home is it a scam?

I have just seen an ad on google for data entry clerks to work from home

You just send them £3.99 for the training materials through paypal

Then apparently when you have completed the training guide they email you application forms etc that need to be entered into various company's databases

Now I know that it's only £4 but do you think is likely to be a scam? Ifthey get loads of £4 off people it probably adds up!

Does anyone know any trustworthy place that employs people from home really need to earn extra cash but can't afford childcare at the minute and already work 10 hours a week cleaning

Can you look them up at companies house? Phone the job centre to find out if they're on their books?

I would never send any money. It's likely to be a scam.

I would be dubious. Have you tried his site for ideas for home working?

Most of the jobs are PT or from home and not all need experience, THere are a lot of telesales type jobs but they do have other things on there as well. Worth a look

I've never used it but this site might be useful. They have info on scams.
