Am about to start looking for a new job. Currently doa 4 day week, 2 days from home. Was able to negotiate this at company at after each mat leave. Are there anrecruitment agencies or websites out there that do flexible working from scratch? job share, part time, WFH etc. Seems you can get this now once you are in a company but what about new jobs from scratch?

I went to an ordinary recruitment agency and got a 3 days a week job after dd was born. There are definitely less part time jobs in my field (I am an accountant) than full time but i ended up having a choice of two jobs.

After DS was born I found another 3 day a week job again through an accountancy recruitment agency (different one this time).

First job was a job share, second job was sole charge as worked for smaller company which did not need FT accountant.

I would suggest you go to see a good agency which deals with jobs in your field and explain what you need.

Good luck!
