Nothing is out of your league, babe. Just go for it. Confidence is everything a lot of the time. I have worked with people with no qualifications other than chutzpah before now. My first proper family work job was the result of feeling highly hacked off with boring admin job and just going for any job I really liked the look of, regardless of whether it was a bit of a jump in salary/skills demanded etc. You are a bright, funny, compassionate, organised, committed person- if you think you can do a job you probably can.
