And it seemed to go ok? There was a lot to talk about this time as I'm ready to go back to work...if I can find a job! Not a great climate to be doing so but here's hoping?
I only want to work p/t at first as ds2 is still only 8.

I have a few things to mull over. First I need to see the careers advisor at the local college. That's because I'm interested in social care work, they give you a learning path to work on.
Also I'm a qualified hairstylist so I can always do that. There was a local barbering job but that isn't my speciality so it'd be very difficult, I'd no doubt need more training. The government don't fund the barbering course that's why it's difficult to fill the jobs.

I'm also toying with the idea of childminding as that would fit in with ds2. DS1 is going to comprehensive this year and that's up the road from our house so he should be ok? I have the details to ring for help with that.

If I'm going back to studying then I need to hurry up as they stop funding when your youngest turns 10 and I doubt I'll be able to afford to carry on? You never know though?

Well I have to go to the drop in advice centre at the college tomorrow so that's one thing off my checklist
