Hi there
Can anyone help me? Currently work part time and have been asked to come back full time or 'a business decision may be made' to recruit someone fulltime instead of me.

Just looking for some advise on where I stand if they agreed that I come back part time after DS1 just over 18 months ago.

I'm sorry, I don't have any real knowledge about this but it sounds like they're saying they would make you redundany - I don't know if they would be allowed to do this if the work is obviously still there for you to do, albeit they are presumably suggesting it's too much for a part-timer.

Could you suggest a job-share if it's the workload that's the problem? Hopefully someone who knows the ins and outs of the law will see this.

There's some stuff here or do you have a Union you could ask for advice?
