If I earn X per annum and have 5 weeks annual leave per year, is my weekly salary X/52 or X/47?

Well, that would depend on whether it's paid, or unpaid, leave, of course!! And only you can know that! [not a mind reader]

I'd assume it's paid, so you should put X/52.
