Any ideas about what to put on the section of an application from that asks why you want to leave your current job? Espcially if you have not been in current job for very long......I do not have the excuse of tra vel distances etc, and the job I am thinking of applying for would not be promtion either, although one of my reasons is to get in a better employer, to hopefully enable me to get better prospects of taking on more responsibility.

Really want to put on form "because it is crap where I am".

What is it you do? Could you suggest you have a greater interest in the new company and their business as a whole? Sorry, i'm not very helpful, someone else should be along soon.

'A change of direction in my career path'
'To take on new challenges'
