Des anyone have any idea how long it is currently taking them to process claims for MA? I seem to recall there was a backlog in the Autumn and I just wondered how long I'm likley to hve to wait before I see any money? TIA

Hi, took them about 10 days from when I told them I had started leave, you should apply in advance of starting leave but then have to confirm that you have started leave in writing the day after you finish working, they send you a form for this.
I went on leave on 14th Dec BTW.

i think they would have done it quicker if christmas hadn't got in the way.
