What is the minimum redundancy a company are required to pay? 1 week per year, or 1 month per year?

1 week. And the definition of a 'week' is capped too. Also varies with age.

1 week capped at a maximum of £330 for a week's pay. Assuming the individual has more than 2 years service, otherwise none.
