Does anyone know what a magistrate's second interview involves and whether there is anything I could do to prepare? I've heard that it includes looking at fictional cases and commenting on them, then discussing them with a panel. But I'm not sure if I should be swotting up on typical sentences etc...Any advice much appreciated!
