Going back to work may and previous to maternity leave i was f/t. When i return to work possibly 4 days a week should my employer accomodate this letting me keep my role as it was before.

I would go back f/t but ds has theraplay on a monday so that takes up a couple of hours.

Any advise will be appreciated.

Thanks pamina3, i should be able to get all my work done in 4 days as before i was a supervisor/acting deputy manager and i have never just been a supervisor so i dont know how it will work but its got to be a little easier!

since i have been on mat leave they are now over staffed instead of understaffed!!! They said they will have to speak to the area manager to see what their position is.
