Is there an idiot's guide to using Excel and Microsoft Office?

Not a complete numscull but dd1 is nearing 11 and I'm out of touch. Must get back to work, but the job I'm looking at specfies 'a proven ability to use Microsoft Office and Excel and Word'.

Pretty sure you can, I did Unix for Dummies in a few days. Google for tutorials.

Well, they do say that you can learn a complete package from scratch in 40 hours which seems very long to me (I used to train staff in about 2 hours on the basics, as there is always loads of things you won't need).

The best way to learn is for someone to show you.
