I work for the NHS mon tues and wednesday.
I'm disadvantaged by this because I have to pay back bank holidays from my annual leave.
If I worked three other days, I'd be six days a year better off (which is two weeks annual leave to me!!).
The gaulling think is that I am perfectly able to swap my days but my childminder can't give me different days so I'm stuck.
