whats the law regarding the dicslosure of salary review mechanisms?
Can i ask hr in my company about the average rise?

Your employer is not specifically required to disclose any information about salary review, amounts or mechanisms.

The exception would be in the event of an Equal Pay claim, where there is a questionnaire about it all.

Nothing to stop you asking though.
