Chartered Company Secretary?

Hi, is anyone either a Chartered Company Secretary or studying to become a Chartered Company Secretary?

I have a commercial contracts/legal experience and am considering qualifying as a Chartered Company Secretary.

Has anyone got any advice or experience of this? Many thanks.
