Redundancy consutation - couple of technical q's

Flowery, Ribena, and other HR law types - I have some very technical questions on a process I am in at the moment (representing staff) and I don't know if I have enough to justify engaging some potentially very expensive lawyers or not? Would you mind if I CAT you? I am only looking for a view on whether you think I have enough for a lawyer, not for definitive answers on my Q's

I don't want to cold-CAT you, so to speak, so if any of you legal/HR law types are happy to comfirm you won't mind scratching your head for a few minutes over my issues, please confirm here and I will then send a CAT.... cannot put the q's on here because the q's are so specific that it would breach confidentiality (would not be able to diguise identity of company)

Thanks in advance...
