Change Of Jobs - What Would You Do?

OK, so, I have a job I love, it's very local to where I live, free parking, hours are seriously flexible and the pay is good. I don't get a pension and there is no career progression.

The company are in a bit of a financial pickle and I'm genuinely not convinced they will last the credit crunch, thus I'll be out on my ear with nada (only been there since April.)

I have been offered another job, for less money and it's further away and I have to pay parking. However, it's in a field I want to do and there would be potentially very good career progression.

Should I stick or twist?

BUMP - Any other views on here? Always helpful to get the opinion of someone else other than DH who thinks he knows it all!

Definitely go for it if it could lead you to where you want to go (and you can deal with the reduced income)
